у нас это называется либо Contract Price, либо Contractor's Fee

The Contract Price payable to the Contractor for the works, performed hereunder, is indicated in the Cost Estimate.

имхо:
The amount payable to Contractor for Works to be performed under this Contract shall be calculated/determined against/ in proportion to the estimated cost.

"сумма, выплачиваемая подрядчику за....., равна сметной стоимости работ"

а уж теперь переводить....
