I declare that if any of my grandson, or my granddaughter, acts as an Executor and trustee of my Will he or she shall not be required to post a bond as security. I further declare that no trustee who is not resident in Ontario shall be required to post a bond as security for acting as my trustee. Спасибо! |
| That's when you put up money or property as a guarantee. So that if you the money entrusted to you as an Executor goes missing, you will forfeit your bond. |
