It is admitted that the Agency Letter attached an Agency Agreement but it is not admitted that this was used by NNN in relation to its outside agents, nor that the Agency Letter referred to NNN’ practice or expectation, since it is not admitted that the Agency Letter was written on behalf of NNN and since the Agency Agreement did not itself identify NNN as the principal
