Речь идет о покрытии труб.
Experience in coating 3PE or 3PP - km of line pipes coated in the past for NPS or higher.

Что такое: 3РЕ и 3РР.
NPS - это nominal pipe size?

имхо: трубы из 3РЕ(полиэтилена)и 3РР (полипропилена)
