Phrase is used in the following sentence:
The Substitute Interest Rate shall be the annual rate (if necessary rounded up to the nearest full 1/16%) of the Lender's cost of funding in Euro or in Optional Currency, as the case may be, from such source(s) as the Lender may in its reasonable discretion choose, whilst taking into account on a best efforts basis the interest of the Borrower on the corresponding day of interest rate determination for the respective Interest Period.
