Предложу такой вариант, хотя не так чтоб я была в восторге :-) The period of Force Majeure shall be deemed to commence on the date when the party affected by FM serves written notice of the same on the other party and shall end on the date when FM ceases to have effect or should have ceased to have effect/to exist due to/provided for Defaulting Party’s steps/measures/endeavors to overcome/ to bring such event of force majeure to an end/to a close... |
