Subject: Договор залога Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести:Отказ Залогодателя от подписания дополнительного соглашения о переоценке заложенных ценных бумаг в течение пяти банковских дней влечет наступление срока исполнения обязательств Заемщика (Залогодателя), обеспеченных настоящим Договором. Заранее спасибо. |

If the Depositor refuses to sign an additional agreement on revaluation of the securities in pledge within five bank days, it will draw on maturity of discharge of the Borrower’s (Depositor’s) obligations secured by this Agreement. Repayment of outstanding obligations will be made by Keeper /Pledgee in the order stipulated by Section IV of this Agreement. IMHO |
