Microbial limit test

- Incubate Petri dishes in an inverted position for 18-24 hours at 35 Grad C
- Examine for growth of typical Escheria coli colonies as described in Table 5 USP XXIII page 1685. If colonies matching the description listed are found, proceed with further identification by picking representative suspect colonies and test them through API 20E test strip.
