Rights unexercised - Акционерам компании было предоставлено право приобрести акции дополнительной эмиссии, какие-то акционеры этим правом не воспользовались, соответственно, их права не были реализованы. Offered shares - размещаемые акции, имхо, предлагаемые и т.д. |
