Subject: Мужчины, помогите auto. Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести словосочетание "wheel tethers". Оно озадачило меня в следующем контексте:Oval tracks will only be licensed for international events for cars approved for use on them by the FIA. These are currently: cars specifically designed for racing on paved oval tracks over 1 mile long (such as NASCAR Cup cars) and those open-wheel cars which comply with regulations and performance requirements specifically concerning: - side intrusion protection - driver head protection - frontal impact energy dissipating - wheel tethers.
