no disposal has taken place or other event occurred which has or may have the effect of crystallising a liability to Tax which, if such disposal or event had been planned or predicted at the Accounts Date, should have been reflected in the provision for deferred tax contained in the Accounts or otherwise disclosed in the Accounts.
