14.1 The full and unrestricted title to the GOODS shall pass to BUYER when the first of the following events occurs:

(i) The GOODS or part thereof are first identifiable as being appropriated to the PURCHASE ORDER or to the agreement with SUB SUPPLIERS; or
(ii) When BUYER pays for the GOODS or part thereof in accordance with the PURCHASE ORDER; or
(iii) Delivery of GOODS in accordance with DELIVERY TERMS stipulated in the PURCHASE ORDER
14. ПЕРЕДАЧА ПРАВА СОБСТВЕННОСТИ И ПЕРЕХОД РИСКОВ
14.1 Полное и ничем не ограниченное право собственности на ТОВАР переходит ПОКУПАТЕЛЮ, когда произойдет первое из перечисленных ниже событий:
(i) ????????? или
(ii) когда ПОКУПАТЕЛЬ платит за ТОВАР или его часть в соответствии с ЗАКАЗОМ НА ПОКУПКУ; или
(iii) поставка ТОВАРА осуществляется в соответствии с УСЛОВИЯМИ ПОСТАВКИ, оговоренными в ЗАКАЗЕ НА ПОКУПКУ.
