Subject: one and a half times the legal rate The penalty rate is set at one and half times the legal rate of interest.in russian? i honestly for some reason cant make this one happen today. help! please! |

ket, this is the context and any idea what "penalties are due ipso jure " is going to be? Any amounts not paid when due shall entail the payment by clients of penalties, said penalties being set at one and half time the legal rate of interest. As provided by art. L 441-6 of the French commercial code, such penalties are due ipso jure upon receipt by buyers of notification that said penalties have been charged to them. thanks! Then I would say процентной ставки, установленной в соответствии с законом, (as they have a legal norm envisaging that a penalty should not exceed so and so % of the value of the goods or services...) So, Штраф установлен в размере 1,5 процентной ставки, установленной в соответствии с законом... "ipso jure" means by the law itself |

кэт, how does this look? Все суммы неоплаченные когда наступит срок платежа вызывают оплату штрафов клиентами. Штраф установлен в размере 1,5 процентной ставки, установленной в соответствии с законом. Как предусмотрено в ст. L 441-6 Французского торгового кодекса таковые штрафы подлежащие по закону при получении клиентами извещения, в котором было сказано, что их штрафовали. |
