FRONT FOOT Also known as Frontage -- This is the linear dimension of the lot in which the value is founded. For example, a waterfront lot may have its waterfront at the rear of the site. Because of the perceived value associated to the water, the rear linear dimension becomes the frontage from which the value is founded. Frontage is also the first dimension given of the lot.
