GENESYS agrees on the Effective Date of this Agreement and during the Initial Term, the Partner and its Associated Companies are appointed as VAR Enterprise [and VAR Mid-Market Level] partners.
Except for OEM Products, the Product Margin shall apply to all GENESYS Products itemised in the GENESYS Price List. The initial twelve (12) months period shall commence upon the Effective Date of the Agreement. Subsequent twelve (12) monthly periods shall commence on the anniversary date of the Agreement.
