"Dubya" is the American nickname for George W. Bush (dubya=double-yoo), to distinguish him from his father, George H.W.Bush ( George Herbert Walker Bush), or simply call them "41st" vs "43rd". At the recent Democratic Convention, they also used the avuncular "42nd" for Clinton. And it's not exactly "nucular" - the term widely used among American generals is "nukelar" :-))) |
