| The Seller shall, within 30 calendar days of termination of the time of delivery, return all funds previously remitted by the Buyer and shall charge interest in the amount of 1/300 of the Russian Central Bank's refinancing rate for each day of delay, starting from the date of termination of the delivery period. |

Seller shall, within 30 calendar days of the delivery deadline, refund all and any sums/amounts/monies previously paid/transferred by Buyer along with/plus interest accrued at a rate of 1/300th of the Bank of Russia refinancing rate per/for each day past/after/following the delivery deadline. |
