does my translation look right?

translation:
2.2. The Creditor shall provide the sum of the loan in the following remittances:
1,000,000 (one million) Euros up to and including 07.02.2006;
1,000,000 (one million) Euros up to and including 14.02.2006;
1,000,000 (one million) Euros up to and including 21.02.2006;
1,000,000 (one million) Euros up to and including 01.03.2006;
1,000,000 (one million) Euros up to and including 09.03.2006.

original:
2.2. Заимодавец перечисляет сумму Займа следующими траншами

1,000,000= (Один миллион) ЕВРО в срок до 07.02.2006г. включительно;
1,000,000= (Один миллион) ЕВРО в срок до 14.02.2006г. включительно;
1,000,000= (Один миллион) ЕВРО в срок до 21.02.2006г. включительно;
1,000,000= (Один миллион) ЕВРО в срок до 01.03.2006г. включительно;
1,000,000= (Один миллион) ЕВРО в срок до 09.03.2006г. включительно.

"1,000,000= (Один миллион) ЕВРО"
зачем добавили знак равенства? в оригинале его нет. И не начинайте "один" с прописной.

ok, what i am most worried about here is "up to an including _____ " as a translation for "в срок до ______ включительно"

is this right? i have never seen the russian so i am not sure i translated it properly

maybe it is advisable to use until and including for в срок до и включительно

1) Почему у Вас Заимодавец - Creditor? Тем более что есть Заем - Loan?
2) Есть слово "транш", широко употребляемое в кредитных договорах. Зачем его игнорировать?
