On behalf of the Belarusian people and on his own behalf, Head of the State Alexander Lukashenko has extended congratulations to President of the Republic of India Abdul Kalam on that country's national holiday - the Republic Day. President of Belarus expressed his confidence that the exchange of the highest level visits in 2004 would give a new impetus to developing the traditionally friendly relations between both countries.
