Subject: Perpetuity period PERPETUITY PERIODThe perpetuity period applicable to any trusts created or evidenced by this Deed, if the rule against perpetuities is applicable thereto, shall be the period of eighty (80) years from the date of this Deed and every right, power, authority or discretion to which the said rule applies which is conferred upon the Security Agent or any other Person by this Deed shall only be exercisable during that period. | А rule against perpetuities встречается в Мультитране как "правила против вечных распоряжений". У меня то же самое (и тоже сроком на 80 лет) втречалось только вчера. |
| То, что у нас тексты перекликаются, это я тоже поняла вчера :-), но вот "вечные распоряжения" что-то меня не устраивают. :-( |
