До полного поступления Продавцу всей причитающейся суммы платежа по контракту за поставленный Товар, за Покупателем сохраняется все обязательства по оплате товара, независимо от формы платежа.
Все банковские расходы на территории Продавца оплачиваются Продавцом, вне территории продавца - Покупателем за исключением банка-корреспондента Продавца.
В случае решения продолжительных по времени вопросов между Сторонами по конкретной партии Товара (одна ГТД), все расчеты между сторонами и поступление платежей на счет Продавца по данной партии должны быть завершены не позднее 180 дней от даты выпуска партии товара с таможенной территории Российской Федерации.

Prior to the Seller’s receipt of the entire amount of payment due under the Contract for the Goods being supplied, all Buyer’s responsibilities in terms of payment shall be valid irrespective of the manner thereof. All bank charges due within the Seller’s territory shall be paid by the Seller, all bank charges due outside the Seller’s territory shall be borne by the Buyer, except for the Buyer’s correspondent bank. In case of any long-term settlement of issues related to a specific lot (one cargo customs declaration) by Parties, all accounts shall be settled and all payments due to the Seller for such lot shall be effected within 180 days following the date of release of said lot from the customs territory of the Russian Federation.
