4.1 Returns: Publisher may accept returns of Applications and may provide Customers sales credit for such returns in its sole discretion. In the event that Publisher accepts the return of any Application and issues a sales credit to the Customer, Publisher shall deduct the full amount of such sales credit from any amounts owed Developer under paragraph “5. Payment” below.
