Subject: outcome&process objectives

Подскажите, пожалуйста, ка это можно получше назвать: 1. outcome objectives, 2. process objectives.

Контекст:
1. Outcome objectives are established to define in measurable terms what the interventions will achieve.

2. Process objectives describe what will be changed or implemented (the specific actions that will be undertaken) to achieve the outcome objectives.

Нашла: задачи-цели и методические задачи.

Может быть что-то будет удачнее?
