Как можно подобрать русский эквивалент, если Вы не дали все предложение? in perpetuity - на неопределенный/неограниченный срок Дословно: если она [Компания?] ранее не прекратит свою деятельность [не будет ранее ликвидирована? - не скажешь же "не будет ранее распущена"] на неопределенный срок. |
