he/she я бы не использовала. Англоязычный официоз, скорее, будет звучать так: This is to certify that the above mentioned person (хуже - afore-mentioned person) is currently emplyed by X |

| поставьте лучше вместо he, she и person имя человека. Mr./Mrs. такой-то в английском варианте подходит всем. |
