BUG : Sometimes this macro does not work properly and replaces commas and full stops between numbers outside of the selected text . If this happens , the operation should be undone and the replacement within the selected text should be run in a separate document ( eg the table should be copied - pasted to a new document , processed and then pasted back into the source document ).

10. EliminateDuplicateGlossEntries

This macro can be used to remove repeated entries in a tab - delimited glossary . It can also be used to remove redundant items in a text extracted from a table with repeated sentences . In this case , before running the macro insert a tab at the end of each line before the paragraph sign ( find : ^ p replace : ^ t ^ p ). The macro will stop each time it encounters a duplicate and ask you to confirm . For a non - stop process , run the EliminateDuplicateGlossEntriesNonStop macro .

11. ExtractCommentsToNewDoc

extracts comments to a new document in a table , where they can be conveniently translated and then pasted to the original comments : Page Comment scope Comment text Author

removes tags ( bold b -->, italic i --> and underline u -->) from a document and formats the text accordingly .

22. TranslitRusToEng

transliterates Russian text ( like lists of names , addresses ) into English . If the text is all caps , you may need to change the case in " double " letters ( eg Yu , Ya into YU , YA ) by pressing Shift + F3 .

23. UnlinkFields

removes automatic fields ( like text links in a word document : " 6 ") into text . This helps avoid broken fields in the translated document ).

Сейчас, как я понял, прога небесплатная. Раньше не была.

Интегрируется в эксель, в табе "Transtools" выбираем Translation - далее действуем по наитию. У кого наития не найдётся, можно сделать так

в табе translation выбираем лист, который надо перевести (можно выбрать все) и нажать extract.... В новом окне откроется табличка с извлеченным текстом (повторы, как я понимаю, игнорируются), эту табличку можно перевести в ворде, что гораздо более комфортно, и потом вставить перевод обратно в эксель. После этого выделяем текст таблицы, копируем его и идем в таб Translation - теперь вторую команду - translate ... Копипастим содержание в окошко, проверяем другие параметры (по умолчанию замененный текст выделяется желтым хайлайтом) и жмем "вперед".

Иногда по непонятной мне причине не срабатывает, поэтому проверьте перевод поиском русских или английских букв.

поиск в гугл - закавыченный, в яндекс есть оба варианта (в коде переключатель в конце строки поиска 0 или 1)

Disclaimer: не подходит для 64-битного ворда. Разраба уговорить переделать под 64 ворд не удалось. Живем с 32-битным

Помимо поиска в гуглЕ и яндыксе, есть поиск по онлайн словарям - можно дополнительно назначить горячие клавиши. по умолчанию установлены -

Недавно по просьбе коллеги добавил ссылку на перевод в онлайн-версию deepl - с любого языка на английский )

Transtool - неплохая утилита, но не зашла....

Как-то всё больше замечаю, что если не попадаешь на дорожку, которая привела автора к конкретной реализации той или иной функции, то либо назначение функции будет казаться бесполезным, либо реализация не такой, как надо......

А описывать свой софт у нынешних софтописателей не принято...
