the same (sometimes just written same) here is formal (bureaucratic/business/legal) written English for 'what (I've/we've) just mentioned', which in this example means "all [of the] Stockholder's Consents and [the] Minutes of [the] Stockholder's Meetings". It's used as a way of avoiding saying the same thing twice. Similar example -- from an invoice: Purchase of 140 x boxes of chocolate @ £2 each = £280 Delivery of same = £20 Total owing = £300 |
