Could "Extension" here refer to a building the company occupies, as in a 'building extension', ie an extension to the company's building(s)/office(s) which is on Elias Motsoaledi Street? That's just a very wild guess, though. The R104 will be a road running through this town/village, as regional roads in South Africa begin with 'R___'. So, presumably, Elias Motsoaledi Street and/or Church Street West either run off, or are reached via, the R104. However, as Amor 71 says, do you need to translate/transliterate it into Russian? If your Russian company sends a letter to South Africa, it'll be read by South African postmen -- and they're extremely unlikely to know Russian or the Cyrillic alphabet.
