Повышение конкуренции по показателю сокращения затрат Повышение конкуренции для оптимизации затрат (все черновой перевод, поэтому строго не судите) Все не то.. смысл немного другой, кажется. As 'Increasing' has a capital I, it obviously comes at the beginning of a sentence. It looks like a stand-alone heading/sub-heading in a document rather than part of the main text. If so, the sense may be '(To increase/The action of increasing [depending on the exact context]) competition in order to obtain cost-efficiency', in which case you wouldn't translate it as 'по показателю сокращения затрат'. However, you need to show more of the text before and after it so that people can see how the document is structured. |
