Above pricing is in indicative status and requires further detailed analysis of the concerned area regarding sensor planning. However, our company suggests a 2-phase approach:

1.Phase - For the PoC phase, our company charges the Hardware Cost (Sensors and Accessories) of RUB ### due to import regulations. Further our company will charge a PoC flat fee of ### RUB but waive remaining costs related to Software and Support.

2.Phase - If KUF decides to keep the installed system after PoC phase, our company will reduce the first annual charge for Software and Support by the PoC flat fee to RUB ###. The second yearly charge as well as any upcoming charge will be at above RUB ###-

In case KUF decides not to keep the installation, our company will refund the initial Hardware Cost payment of RUB ### once Hardware and Accessories are returned in immaculate condition. In this case, only the PoC flat fee costs are incurred.
