| Спасибо за термин, но мне дали глоссарий, вынужден ему следовать. Насчет отрицательного сальдо - использую. |

счет движения капитала, как мне сказал старик Яндыкс, это про международную торговлю: к примеру Сальдо счета движения капитала может быть как положительным (чистый приток капитала в страну), так и отрицательным (чистый отток капитала из страны). https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Платёжный_баланс я бы написал "по счету капитала". |
