Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:

Стороны имеют право предоставлять информацию, которая содержит банковскую тайну, относительно друг друга третьим лицам только в случаях, предусмотренных законодательством Республики Беларусь, а также настоящим Соглашением, в том числе в случае обращения Стороны в суд с иском, предмет которого возник с правоотношений, установленных настоящим Соглашением.

Each Party has the right to provide the other Party’s information containing bank ing secrecy to third parties only in cases provided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, as well as by this Agreement, including cases when the Party files a court action the subject of which arose from the legal relations established by this Agreement.

Strictly speaking, information can't "contain secrecy" -- but it can be (subject to/covered by) secrecy (rules/laws/agreements).

John, and what about  relations vs. relationship?

'constitute secrecy' -- not really. 'secrecy' isn't used by itself in English in the same way that (банковская etc) 'тайна' is used in Russian, so you'd have to rephrase it. You can say that it:

* 'constitutes secret information' or

* 'contains secret information'

Yes, 'the legal relationship' is better than 'the legal relations' here. 'relationship' is slightly more formal and slightly more technical than 'relations', so imho is more suited to a legal document.

Предложу вариант:

share any data/information about/in relation to the other Party that contains any privileged/sensitive bank information / anything covered by bank secrecy / anything subject to bank-client privilege / etc

или еще проще: share any sensitive bank information about one another
