When the load is removed, the new phase becomes unstable and the material regains its original shape.

Hi. В босяцкой энциклопедии пишут, что он сверхупруг, упруже стали в 20 раз. Ближе к телу: при механической нагрузке сверхупругий сплав деформируется обратимо до весьма высоких значений деформации (до 10%) путем создания фазы, которая вызвана воздействиями напряжений. Интерметалл обладает высокой степенью запоминания и восстановления формы. К тому же у тайтениум-никл есть обратимые мартенситные превращения. |
