Вношу в текст правки в связи с обновлением предыдущего текста. Ранее не мною было переведено следующим образом -  ".. исполнение, осуществление и выполнение этого Соглашения.." и " настоящее Соглашение надлежащим и действительным образом исполняется и осуществляется "

В мои задачи не входит вычитывание всего текста, но заказчик в принципе приветствует исправление неточностей, и вот "зацепился" глаз))

мой вариант - 

execution, delivery and performance   - заключение, подписание и реализация (этого Соглашения) 

has been duly and validly executed and delivered -  надлежащим образом и на законных основаниях заключено и подписано
