Beyond the evaluation that has already been performed in phase 2 (see chapter 3.5.2.3) S-C shall perform shadow evaluations. It is be the task of S-C to acquire appropriate developers/sponsors and TOE (Target Of Evaluation) for the Common Criteria Shadow Evaluation. Technical Training - Shadow Evaluation Background The Shadow Evaluation comprises the following CC 3.1 requirements related to EAL 4 as maximum: Product category specific evaluation background (e.g. special scheme re- quirements; Protection Profiles; Requirements for secure development envi- ronment, etc.)
