пишу пока ..на техническое обслуживание и ремонт электрических, тепловых и газовых сетей .. в сети арм. законодательство на русском практически отсутствует, проверить не получается, на англ. тоже скудно))) |

The English in this sentence = 6-7/10. One of the two 'maintenance's is clearly wrong, or there's a word/words missing after the first one. I suspect that the first 'maintenance' should be something else such as 'supply', 'provision' or something similar – but that's just an intelligent guess. That would make the English something like: 'contracts for the (supply/provision) of (electricity/electrical energy†), thermal energy etc ......' † Use 'electricity' if it refers to electricity sent via electricity power lines/networks; use 'electrical energy' if it refers to/includes other sources of electricity such as local generators, batteries or whatever. Hopefully the text in the rest of the contract will tell you which it is. However, the above all assumes that this is what the author meant to say instead of the first 'maintenance'. |

я примерно тоже понял, что это может быть про электро/тепло/т.д. снабжение, а не только про обслуживание сетей. но это догадки. |
