Subject: Red Room Matters gen. Уважаемые коллеги!Что может означать данное выражение, которое встретилось мне при переводе договора купли-продажи? Вот контекст: "Regarding the following issues (“Red Room Matters”) the Seller shall pay to the Buyer an amount necessary to hold (i) the respective Group Company where the circumstances under paragraph (a) through (h) arose, or (ii) if the Buyer, its Affiliates or any other Group Company suffers an additional damage resulting from such circumstances, such other entity, harmless of any claims, fines, penalties, external costs of investigations, reasonable costs of external advice to defend claims, court fees, fees of other public authorities, external clean-up and other external remediation costs (including Damages resulting from such clean-up / remediation) and Damage resulting from imposed sanctions.
