- that you find the Company's (ban on/banning of/practice of banning†) ...... to be illegal and in contradiction of the requirements laid down in Article 16 of the Federal Law on Protection of ...... or - that you (accept/recognize) that the Company's (ban on/banning of/practice of banning†) ...... is illegal etc. 'to find' is used in courts of law, tribunals etc to mean 'to decide', in the same way as 'to find a defendant guilty/not guilty'. † Use 'practice of banning' if the Company's banned it repeatedly. |
