Subject: Subsequent designation (WIPO), товарные знаки commer. Всем доброго вечера!Появились сомнения, верно ли переводить "The date of the subsequent designation was..." как "Территориальное расширение произошло..."
Поиск по форуму не сильно помог. Кто-нибудь сталкивался с похожим переводом? Оригинал:
"This Agreement is being entered into in relation to the ... logo trademark, registered in class ... under the registry number ... as international trademark at the World Intellectual Property Organization. The date of the subsequent designation was October 12th, 2005 and the ... logo trademark was renewed in 2009."
