пардон, не вчитался в вопрос... на возмездной основе (согласно договоренности) снова имхо пс: не очень ясно зачем понадобились тут (в исходники) скобки. они привносят какой-то доп. смысл? |

not quite 'pay' in my view. I read this as that the receiving party undertakes to somehow compensate the giving one, but whether it is by actually paying cash, or issuing credit, or by supplying turnips to them, or by some other way - that is for the parties to decide between themselves. |
