Subject: certificate of incorporation vs. business registration certificate busin. Уважаемые коллеги,не могу понять разницу между Certificate of Incorporation и Business Registration Certificate в контексте регистрации компаний в Гонконге. Разъяснение с сайта Налоговой службы Гонконга ясности не добавило: "Under the one-stop company and business registration service, any person who submits an incorporation form of a local company (Form NNC1 or NNC1G) or an application form for registration of a non-Hong Kong company (Form NN1) at the Companies Registry (“the Registry”) will be deemed to have made a business registration application at the same time. Under the one-stop service, companies will only be required to lodge one single application for both company and business registration." Есть ли у кого-либо идеи, чем отличаются эти документы? Ну, допущу, что регистрация компании автоматически не означает начало ведения бизнеса. Регистрируй себе на здоровье, повесь свидетельство о регистрации на видном месте и радуйся, что она у тебя есть. Спящая... компания. (Возможно, по аналогии с dormant company в Великобритании. В ней года 3, вроде бы там может поспать, потом начнутся вопросы.) Так и здесь. The Business Registration Ordinance requires every person who carries on a business in Hong Kong to apply for business registration within 1 month from the date of COMMENCEMENT of the business |
