Subject: This means is the easiest gen.
Дорогие коллеги, прошу помочь перевести предложение из презентации о BIM

Introducing why it’s evident that the BIM approach to building design got clear advantages and is going to be the new standard of working. Examples of later changes in the building design.

X and similar companies have been working with 3D assets in the R&D and product development of many years – CAD/CAM as been a standard. This means is the easiest thing in the world to deliver a 3D model of the products to put into the BIM process.

Не могу справиться с последним предложением... как будто чего-то не хватает.

Спасибо.

это средство является простейшей штукой на свете, которая позволяет обеспечить трехмерную модель продукции, загружаемую в среду обработки информационной системы моделирования зданий

It's not been written by a native English speaker.

* 'This means is the easiest thing in the world to deliver a ......' is grammatically incorrect. Also 'the easiest thing in the world' is a rather colloquial expression – not the sort of linguistic register you'd expect to find in a serious presentation/document such as this. It should probably just read something like: 'This (method?) is the easiest (possible?) way to deliver a ......'

Also,
* 'got clear advantages' => 'has clear advantages'
* 'in the R&D' => 'in R&D'
* 'of many years' => 'for many years'
* 'as been' => 'has been'?

John, it could be very easily written by a native speaker... obviously, unedited; but otherwise quite a typical "expression" of what could be going through someone's mind. a blogger-style dump kinda thing, you know...

интроьверт: I'm not so sure. "the BIM approach ...... got clear advantages"? "product development of many years"? Yeah, man, pass me the vodka....

It could be some sort of crude blog or draft document written under the influence of hard drugs, I suppose, but it's not the sort of English any self-respecting company would use.

it could be very easily written by a native speaker +1
кажется, это просто черновик, написанный в спешке и отданный в перевод без вычитки
или же транскрипт устного выступления
