The pristine PET film was used as the blank. It shows the (111) and (200) planes of the Ag NPs. In agreement with the SEM analysis, Ag NPs coated PET films gave nearly identical X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectra of 2Ɵ degree from 30° to 80°. The films we used to get the XRD spectra are the 24 h-PDA coated films with 110 h’s reduction time in 400 mM AgNO3 solution. Спасибо! |

...пленки ПЭТ, покрытые наночастицами серебра, дали почти идентичные спектры рентгеновской дифракции в диапазоне углов 2Ɵ от 30° до 80°. Покурите рентгеноструктурный анализ, поймёте, откуда угол 2Ɵ вылезает. |
