To the extent that digital currencies are deemed to fall further within the definition of a commodity future or further within the scope of CFTC jurisdiction pursuant to subsequent rulemaking by the CFTC, the Partnership may be required to register and comply with additional regulation under the CEA. Moreover, the General Partner may be subject to further requirements with the CFTC through the National Futures Association.
