разница во мнениях касается как раз значения 100 кОм
более - т.е. 100 кОм не разрешается
не менее - 100 кОм разрешается
и что написано в исходнике?

Deposit the key for the stunning-housing on save place.
In General/Regulations
The stunning unit has been manufactured with compliance to EN 60335-2-87 and animal protection-slaughter decree BGBL., year 97/T1/No.13. It was tested and complies to quality standards. It has left the factory in perfect condition.
You are now the owner of a stunning system which permits standardized stunning of slaughter animals by utilising modern processing techniques and individual current-flowing variants. New findings in connection with simple handling result in effective stunning processes and satisfying slaughter scores.
Please read these instructions carefully. They contain valuable tips for optimal system-utilisation.
Safety Instructions
Never touch electrodes during operation!
• All instructions and warnings contained in the operating instruction must be adhered to in order to not only preserve condition of protection class but also to warrant safe operation. The unit can be operated within an approved surrounding environment as long as operation safety is not impaired. The stunning unit may be operated by trained persons only.
• Pull power-supply plug of supply-unit during maintenance and cleaning.
• After operation disconnect stunning unit from mains supply.
• Repairs and maintenance may be done by skilled and competently trained persons only, familiar with the dangers and warranty rules concerned here.

Any measuring devices in use must be operated by means of protective isolation. The internal resistance of the measuring device to be connected must not fall short of 100 kOhm.

Description of Operation
The stunning unit consists of a supply element and an electrode (manual tongs). Aided by electronics, it measures and evaluates the animal`s body resistance continuously in short intervals (acc. resistance-measuring principle) Because of its special characteristics, the animals resistance-value is limited to a defined range and so can be well evaluated. If the measured value is within safe range, the flowing voltage automatically switches on at the moment when the electrodes are applied. The amount of energy supply will be exactly dosed and controlled.
Located on the unit's front side is a display plus a lamp- and key panel indicating operation condition
and allowing programming.
