Subject: constitution of any consigned funds, deemed seizure of infringement, physical seizure. law requesting the Institut National de la Propriete Industrielle or any foreign office or administration, or competent authority to accept the filing and registration, the maintenance in force, the renunciation and cancellation of any patent; proceeding, by all means, for the safeguarding of the exclusive right of exploitation of the patent; representing the Company in infringement matters before all customs authorities and signing any document with respect to the submission of the customs file or the detention by or release from customs; signing all documents with respect to the safeguarding and the defence of such rights and in particular introducing all oppositions, or actions for cancellation, proceeding with any service of writ as to infringement; requesting any arbitration, mediation, conciliation, appearing before the courts or tribunals with jurisdiction and submitting thereto all claims, or defending any claims submitted by third parties, and in particular constituting all counsel and other representatives of the defence, dismissing them, constituting others, intervening in all procedures, lodging all appeals or defending any appeals lodged by third parties, appearing before the court of cassation, causing the constitution of any consigned funds, deemed seizure for infringement, physical seizure, request for an injunction subject to daily penalties, demanding any provisional prohibition, obtaining all judgments and orders, causing such orders and judgments to be served and enforced by all means available under the law.Перевожу доверенность и никак не могу понять, что здесь означает constitution of any consigned funds, deemed seizure for infringement и physical seizure ???? |
