Лучше просто "continuing to work under the contract".

To add it up we are confident with adherence to our partership agreement we will address challenges mutually and prolong our beneficial co-operation.

In conclusion, let me express confidence that with joint efforts we will be able to overcome all the difficulties and continue our win-win cooperation

And, to summarize, I would like to express my confidence that our partnership set by this contract will only get stronger to our mutual benefit and it will help us overcome all challenges we may face in the future

"In conclusion I would like to say that I am confident that, by continuing to work within the framework of our partnership agreement, between us we will be able to overcome any difficulties we encounter, and that our mutually beneficial cooperation will continue."

Excellent! I'd heard of the Johnny English film, but hadn't actually seen it. But now I probably will.

If you like JE, you'll almost certainly like the Blackadder series (plural) of sitcoms, also written by & starring Rowan Atkinson, as the humour's near-identical. (If you're based in the UK you'll know all about these). Each of the four series is set in a different historical era, with Baldrick (Tony Robinson) as BA's assistant in each one.

Here Blackadder is a C16th explorer who's returned to England with a present for Elizabeth I, but bad news about her nurse's close friend, Captain Rum, who travelled with them:
