а поиск по базовому документу, из которого взяты эти куски, дал следующее:
1) contemporaneous идет отдельно -
"contemporaneous documents evidence"
"contemporaneous correspondence with Respondent"

2) с appreciation есть такой момент -
The Tribunal ... does not share Claimant’s appreciation of the facts.
