2. Plug the Stonelight power cord into the compatible wall outlet and make certain that it is
securely connected. Make sure that the console/can be maneuvered into position for surgical
use and is not restricted by the length of the power cord.
3. Insert the footswitch connector into the receptacle labeled "Footswitch" on the Rear Panel
Assembly. The small dimple on the footswitch connector should be positioned at 12:00
o'clock for proper insertion. (See Figures 6-1, 7-1)
4. Insert the Remote Interlock Jumper Plug into the receptacle labeled "Remote Interlock" on
the Rear Panel Assembly. If a remote interlock is connected, make sure the remote interlock
switch is closed. (See Figures 1-4, 1-5)
5. To adjust the fiber boom, locate the "tee" nut on the lower left side of the handle. Raise the
fiber boom assembly approximately 33 centimeters. Tighten the "tee" nut.
