мало контекста. о чем статья? request - оч. многозначное слово. да и reward... если про награды - Президент рассматривает представления и распределяет награды (принимает решение о награждении) а если заявки на контракт - то президент рассматривает заявки и присуждает контракты)))) "determine all matters " - рулит все вопросы, связанными с... |

This appears to be the source: http://www.hartford-hwp.com/archives/55a/205.html It's a law about fighting groups trying to overthrow the South Korean govt and says that financial rewards shall be paid to people informing the police about such groups. So 'rewards' here means money. (I'm not sure why the asker hasn't provided this information). |
